Express Consent

By providing your mobile phone number in connection with our services, you expressly consent to receive text messages from USA Cash Buy and our authorized partners.

Marketing and promotional text messages require separate opt-in consent. You may receive an invitation to subscribe to marketing messages, which you can accept or decline.

Confirmation

You may receive a confirmation message when you first provide your mobile number or opt-in to receive text messages.

4. Message Frequency

Transactional Messages: The frequency of property-related and account messages varies based on your property evaluation status and account activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active property processing.

Marketing Messages: If you opt-in to marketing messages, you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. Frequency may vary based on special offers or important updates.

No Minimum Required: There is no minimum number of messages you are required to receive.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard Rates Apply: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for sending text messages, but your carrier may charge you for receiving them.

Carrier Responsibility: You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to text messaging services.

Data Usage: Text messages typically use minimal data, but data charges may apply if you have a limited data plan.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

How to Stop Messages

You can opt-out of text messages at any time using any of these methods:

  • Text STOP: Reply "STOP" to any text message from us
  • Text UNSUBSCRIBE: Reply "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any text message
  • Call Us: Call 510-706-0516 and request to be removed from text messaging
  • Email Us: Send an email to usacashbuy@gmail.com with your opt-out request

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation message when you successfully opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us, except for essential transactional messages related to active property evaluations.

Re-Subscribing

If you opt-out and later want to receive text messages again, you can text "START" or "YES" to our number, or contact us directly.

We are not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to technical issues, carrier problems, or device limitations.

9. Privacy and Security

Your mobile phone number and text message communications are subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your information during transmission and storage.

Important: Text messages are not encrypted and should not be considered a secure form of communication. Avoid sharing sensitive financial information via text message.
